Have you played with a Nintendo Wii or some other gaming system and accidently launched the wireless controller? I sure hope not, but it seems a lot of people (not just kids) have and unfortunately, had to go out and actually buy a new TV.
If you have kids, do they touch the TV screen and leave their fingerprints all over it? Well mine do, and while yes, they have been warned, I now have no need to worry.
If you have experienced either of these scenarios or are afraid of it happening to you, it just might be time to protect your Plasma, LCD, or LED TV with a TV Screen Protector Cover.
With our own Clarivue branded TV Screen Covers we can take away any of these worries by protecting your TV’s screen panel with either an Ultra-Clear or an Anti-Glare finish. Our TV Screen Protectors are made of an optical-grade acrylic material that is more than 10x the impact strength of glass and are very easy to install as they just sit on top of the TV. I have the Anti-Glare finish on my reflective 43” plasma and it reduces the glare so effectively that I can easily watch movies or play games in a brightly lit room. In other words, I do not see any annoying reflections on the screen, but instead I receive enhanced color visuals that I normally wouldn’t if I didn’t have a screen cover installed.
If you want to protect your TV from your kids’ sticky fingers or just want to reduce the glare on your screen, check out our website for what sizes we have available and order yours today.

I was wondering if in the future, Clarivue would produce Screen Protectors for the Television that had a mirror finish?

@Nikola
Due to the special reflective properties of our mirror finish we would not recommend it for such a large sized screen where the protector is not directly clinging to the glass.

Thank you for the response!
However I was wondering if the screen protectors (like the ones used for monitors) rather than the screen covers could be used so that they are directly on the glass? Would it not be possible since Clarivue already has them for 22 inch monitors?

We do not recommend mirror as a finish for large screen sizes, especially for televisions where clarity and colour retention are very important. For very large sized screens we use the hard plastic lip to better protect the screen from physical damage and also for ease of application.
