Each package comes equipped with two sets of screen protectors for our Ultra-Clear and Anti-Glare finishes or 1 set for Privacy and Mirror (unless stated otherwise). Some models will contain 2 sets of outer and inner screen protectors.
Is the screen protector an exact fit?
Yes, every Clarivue screen protector is specifically designed to fit your device. No cutting or modifying required. To avoid bubbles, each protector is just slightly smaller than your screen.
Will the screen protector move once it is applied on the screen?
No, once the screen protector is applied to the screen, it will not slide or move.
How do I remove the screen protector once it is applied?
Should you need to remove your screen protector for any reason, you can simply apply a piece of scotch tape to the corner of your device, and then slowly lift the tape along with the screen protector.
Will the screen protectors leave a sticky residue?
Absolutely not. All of our screen protectors (Ultra-Clear, Anti-Glare, Mirror and Privacy) feature a fully silicone adhesive backing that won't leave any residue when removed.

Absolutely. Once you check out from our shopping cart, your information will be transmitted via the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL EV) with a 256-bit encryption key. We use SSL with extended validation. It is the strongest, highest-security SSL certificate available today. You’ll note that your browser bar turns green during the checkout process. If you choose Paypal as payment method, you will be transferred to Paypal to complete your payment.

Do you accept other payment methods?
In order to streamline your order process, we currently do not offer other payment methods.
Will I get charged taxes?
Canadian customers will be charged either HST or GST.
Clarivue now offers lifetime replacements on Clarivue branded Ultra-Clear and Anti-Glare screen protectors**. This warranty covers all purchases of Clarivue branded screen protectors made on or after January 1, 2007.
**Privacy screen protectors are not covered under the warranty.
**TV Screen Protectors are not covered under the warranty.
How does it work?
Simply email us with your invoice number, name, mailing address, and the item you would like replaced.
NOTE: If the item was not purchased directly from Clarivue.com, a proof of purchase is required.
Your Clarivue screen protector replacement is free of charge. The replacement will only be for one package. There is a minimum reshipping and handling charge of $3 USD per item for regular delivery. For larger screen protectors like our 9" WideScreen, there will be a higher reshipping and handling charge.
Once you receive your replacement, you’ll be required to return the original screen protectors to one of the following addresses at your expense. This is required for all further replacements.

Clarivue reserves the right to deny any warranty claims.
If for any reason you’d like to return an item you purchased from us, we will offer a refund on the following terms:
- Contact us within 30 days and return the item within 45 days from the order date.
- Your item was purchased directly from www.Clarivue.com. If purchased from a reseller, please contact that seller directly.
- Your item is returned at your own cost.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Custom cut screen protectors and custom orders are non-refundable.
- TV Screen Protectors have a 15% restocking fee or $25, whichever is greater.
We do not accept returns if the item is used or damaged.
