CLARIVUE SCREEN PROTECTORS

What does each package include?
Each package includes the following:
2 sets of screen protectors for regular screen protectors or 1 set for privacy/mirror screen protectors unless stated otherwise (some models will contain 2 sets of outer and inner screen protectors)

Is the screen protector an exact fit?
Yes, all of Clarivue screen protectors are specifically designed to fit each model, there is no cutting or modifying needed. The Screen Protector will be slightly smaller than the actual screen to avoid bubbles.

Will the screen protector move once it is applied on the screen?
No, once the screen protector is applied to the screen, it will not slide or move.

How do I remove the screen protector once it is applied?
You can remove the screen protector by applying a piece of scotch tape at one of the corners of the screen protector, and then slowly lift the tape along with the screen protector.

Will the screen protectors leave a sticky residue?
No, our screen protectors will not leave a sticky residue once removed.

What is the currency listed?
All prices are in USD.

Is payment safe and secure?
Yes, once you checkout from our shopping cart, your information will be transmitted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits. If you choose Paypal as payment method, you will be trnasfered to Paypal to complete your payment.

What payment methods do you currently accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

- Credit Cards: Visa and Master Card (Visa, MasterCard and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo)

- PayPal (Credit cards, eCheck and PayPal funds)
- For American Express, we currently can only accept it when you use the PayPal option.

What will show up on my credit card?
You will find Clarivue or Clarivue Cellular on your credit card statement.

Do you accept other payment methods?
In order to streamline our order process, we currently do not offer other payment methods.

Will I get charged taxes?
All Canadian customers will get charged GST and BC residents will get charged PST.

SHIPPING

When will my order be processed?
Orders are usually processed within 3 business days.

When is my order shipped from?
Orders are shipped from either our Washington USA location or BC, Canada location..

How much is shipping and handling?
Regular shipping is FREE to USA/ Canada for all products. Regular shipping to International destinations is FREE for most products.

LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

What is covered under the warranty?
Clarivue now offer Lifetime Replacement on Clarivue branded screen protectors**, this warranty will cover all purchases of Clarivue branded screen protectors made on and after January 1, 2007.

**Note: Privacy and Mirror Screen Protectors are not covered under the warranty.

How does it work?
  • Contact us - Please email us with the following information available:
    • Invoice Number
    • Name and mailing address
    • The item you would like to have replaced
    • NOTE: If the item was not purchased directly from Clarivue.com, a proof of purchase is required.

  • Sending your replacement - The Clarivue screen protector replacement is free of charge. The replacement will only be for 1 x screen protector. There is a minimum reshipping and handling charges of $3 USD per item for regular delivery. (Note: For larger screen protectors like 9" WideScreen, there will be a higher reshipping and handling charge).

  • Returning original Screen Protector - Once you receive your replacement, please return the original screen protectors to one of the following addresses at your own cost. This is required for further replacements in the future:

RETURN POLICY

At Clarivue, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for some reason, you would like to return the item you purchased from us, we will offer refund on the following terms:

- Please contact us within 30 days and return the item within 45 days from the ordered date
- Item is purchased directly from Clarivue.com
- Item is returned at your own cost
- Shipping and handling charges are non refundable
- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $3 USD restocking fee on all returns.

We do not accept returns if:

- Item is used or damaged

*Please do not send us items that do not meet our terms. We will not issue refund or return the package if the return is not qualified.*
